I hate their service, they’re always backed up and I am waiting well after my appt time, the techs one time were there chatting and another time a tech was late and the doctor just waited rather than jump in. Finally it took 8 weeks to get my son’s glasses that were supposed to arrive in two weeks and they failed to tell me until about the 3rd call that the lens was on back order with the company. I changed offices needless to say.
