On May 4 I visited this store Charlie the worker who assisted me was super nice & polite great customer service. Unfortunately the parts where to big for my car, On May 5 I rush to this store to have my parts exchanged the employee who assist me says he is the manager it about 9:35pm, he says he can’t change my parts because in the system that’s the parts it showing for my car. then as I am talking on the phone with my husband he says for me to step out of his store or he will have me escorted out because of the way I am talking on the phone to my husband what in the world. I have a video of this he refused to exchange my parts or give me my refund said for me to get out & take it up with corporate. Ridiculous & stress full & most definitely unnecessary!! Did not get his name put here is a picture of him below 👇🏼corporate please contact me in regards to your managers rudeness & felt like he was discriminating because I am female.

I had some troubles with my lexus and needed help with getting a new battery and manager Jonathan was a big help when it came to looking for the right one. I really appreciate his attentiveness and definitely would come back again.

Whenever i go in to this auto zone The guy who works there, Jonathan, makes sure to give me the best customer service ever. Especially for auto parts and anything pertaining to my car’s engine. His services are always so excellent and he’s always kind, best experience with him especially since i don’t know much about car parts he always knows the answers to EVERYTHING the store has and anything i need!
