We ordered a Gluten Free German Chocolate Cake for Father’s Day. The cake was so moist and the filling made to perfection. Claudia’s suggestion of a whipped cream topping was ideal. I have to say it was the best and most flavorful GF cake we’ve ever tasted.

My family and I have ordered several cakes from Claudia’s. My favorite flavor is the carrot cake. You can tell her cakes are made with love. We recently tried a cheesecake for Father’s Day that was amazing. I love that her cakes are not too sweet and made with quality organic ingredients. She was able to accommodate me and my sons lactose intolerance with the dairy free carrot cake with coconut icing. It was as truly amazing you couldn’t tell it was dairy free! I’m looking forward to trying to keto cheesecake next.
