I visited store in 12726 San Pedro St, Los Angeles, CA 90061, wanted to get a couple of items and i requested for a price match, wich i've done before and never had a problem until now. Supervisor at store named Fernando Muñoz denied the price match. He said that i have to physically go to other retail store and take a picture of price and then go back and they will match it. First of all that makes no sense. Why would i go to another store to take a pic and come back to buy from yal. I might as well get it there. The point of price match is so you can have my business. I tried to tell him that, but he was pretty rude, and cut me off, he said he was in charge and to go get it from somewhere else. Its pretty dissapointing to see that kind of management behavior. Ive shopped at this store many times, never had a problem intil now. But i guess this manager is in the business to push away customers, Not keep them. The supervisor is clearly not qualified, lacks common sense and lack of maners. Autozone needs to do a better job choosing management.
