My battery recently died, I went to this location to purchase a new one. Thanks to Michael for helping install it. Great customer service from their team!

Every time I come to this Autozone I get a bad experience. I Came to buy a battery but I couldn’t remove it from my car because I didn’t have pliers so I had to pay $20 to the mechanic that is outside. so I went and bought the battery and the guy at the counter told me I could help you put it on and I said I already paid the guy $20 outside and he said oh wow we would do those services for free! Well it’s so sad and I’m very unhappy how people just take advantage of a woman especially I had had my elderly mother in the car and really needed the help. So I decided to come to the store today and I must have spent over $40 in items so I asked the Clerk if he would come and help me put on my steering wheel that I just bought and he said no that it is not under his job description and his side cashier yelled it out to me as well. So I said OK can you walk me out to my car I wasn’t feeling safe in this area since there are some crazy guys outside. They told me no.. im never coming to this AutoZone ever again in my entire life and I’m going to tell all my neighbors of my experience. I guess they can’t help a woman apparently, and the ones that did take advantage of the opportunity and charge me an arm and a leg just to remove my battery. I had to carry it myself it’s not like the guy carried it for me the thing was heavy too :( I am extremely heartbroken right now there are no more gentlemen and God forbid AutoZone becomes liable for helping me put on my steering cover that I just bought from them. :(

My car battery died this morning and had to be jump start. Even though with the jump start after I drove around to make sure the battery was still good; the next time I started my car, I could tell there was still something wrong with the battery. Went to autoZone located at Alvarado and Glendale; an associate checked the battery and told me that it has no charge and they offer to charge it. When I came back to see if the battery is ready and charged; was informed that the battery is dead and is bad. The associate Elizabeth helped me and picked up a new battery. She was really helpful with the install and the battery works great. Also like the warranty that comes with it.
