Yes enterprise shuttles you to cruise terminal. You can get a taxi from terminal to them and they will reduce your bill.
It's a 17 minute walk. Would suggest an uber if available. It's a nice walk without luggage. They are doing construction near Harbor not sure what the walk path is like.
There is a shuttle that runs between cruise ship terminal and enterprises about every 1/2 hr, if you don't want to wait for it you can walk there in about 15 mins.
