I came in to pick up my rental last week and MaryGrace was very helpful, she helped and she explained everything in detail. I felt welcomed and the car was spot clean. I highly recommend this place and especially people like MaryGrace who go the extra mile to help people. I’m finally made it to Arizona thanks to Enterprise and the customer services very helpful.

I had a reservation for last Saturday morning. I was on a cruise and someone from Enterprise left a message on my phone that the station is closed due to personal issues and I should look elsewhere for a car. I paid $30 for an Uber to LGB. The LGB Enterprise manager quoted me for the two day rental $228 walk up rate instead of the $90 on my reservation. I booked a car at Budget LGB for $121. Still very disappointed by Enterprise

I’m so disappointed, they are giving bad service, I should go to Avis better and next time I will ,cause I did recervation 2weeks ago and I’m still here waiting for my van to go with my family and this plp don’t have it ready , besides that they are taking me to Long Beach to get i and the driver got lost, wow I did recervation at 9am and is 1106 and my van is not ready yet .😡😡😡😡

Yes enterprise shuttles you to cruise terminal. You can get a taxi from terminal to them and they will reduce your bill.
Yes they shuttle you to dock. When you return you can take a taxi to Enterprise they will take the taxi bill off your rental bill.

Anthony has it right. That is the best way to get it done. Uber to the terminal if the hotel doesn't have a shuttle.
They're just a few blocks from the cruise terminal. Perhaps they will come pick you all up if you ask them to.

I had to get a ride to their office last time I needed to rent a car, but sometimes they have someone available to pick you up if you have enough time to wait around.
They're high. Just take an uber.
Enterprise will shuttle clients to and from the location you are renting from.
