Just took my third BMW there for service. After several years never lost anything. I'm assuming you've let them know your problem.
I would say you're lucky my car was there for only a couple of days.
Mmm im sure they dont know but I had some pricey things in my car which is a 650i and nobody took a thing plus it was there for a month too
