I think part of it is its more of a family/budget oriented store, so people with severe disabilities can have there relatives pick up what they need. Verses career people who don't know & aren't related to anybody in the area who happen to have disabilities. Just an opinion,lol.

No Paul, there's no rule saying they need to provide carts. They just need to make sure the aisles are accessible for people in wheelchairs, they cant block access with boxes, etc.
Because this store is a very fast-paced or charging those chairs would take all day and there's not enough of it to go around if they did have electric mobile wheelchairs
Are there any laws relating to the A.D.A. pertaining to an assistive mobility vehicle/device in that are they required to provide such vehicle/device to the public at these locations? Now I'm curious. =/<
Could be because his cheap prices, maybe if they increase the number of wheelchairs in all the stores, they will increase the price. Just my thoughts. Regards
