The underground rooms require climbing and/or crawling. I would say it is a safe environment for 13+. You may want some 18+ because of the complexity of some puzzles
We took grandparents down to five years old. We had an 8,11 and 12 year old with us. Aside from the five year old, the kids all contributed to us making it out.
