How do you know if an animal is still available

You can go on the Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control website and you can see all the animals they have available in the animal shelter in all of Los Angeles County

If you have the animal ID number you can type it in on the website or call and give then the number. But if you see them still on the page I would just call and see if there still there. Because sometimes animals aren't taken off fast when they get adopted out. But if there not under the adoptable pets section then most likely there already adopted out.
