I found a lil cat on our front porch, she doesn't look to well, is there any places open to take her, it's not my cat, but I can't just let it die out here.

They don't tend to come for cats, even ill ones, this late at night. There are 24 hour vets in the area, if you are willing to pay. That said, check Facebook for a local lost and found animal group. There is one for Johnson County, as well as for some specific cities. You may find their owner on there and there are also many people who work in rescue and may be able to assist.

Uummm wayside waifs? Maybe they have an emergency number. Or animal control. They will get the animal help. Then they will have it go to a shelter especially if it's SICK OR HURT. They will respond. Call 911 They'll send someone out
