I took my 3 kids here once, and they all loved it! I checked into membership and punch card options as most places like this offer at least one of these things. There are NO punch cards and NO reasonable membership options. I would have to pay $140/month for all 3 kids, we’d have to pay 90% of ticket price if we come on weekends, and the only weekday slot we could come, we could only stay for 1 hour due to my oldest kid’s school pick-up time. I currently pay $85/month for a family membership to a nearby play place, and we get WAY more value from it than I would get for $140/month here.

This place is so much fun for all of my kids. I have a 10 yo, 6 yo, and 10 mo and all had a blast at our last visit. It is a really unique type of play place for kiddos and my kids always want to go back. Great, friendly workers who are constantly cleaning too!

My almost 3 year old son loved this place, and I loved that I could play with him since he was younger than many of the other kids there. Had a large variety of obstacles and experiences to choose from given the relatively small space. Seemed clean, well-maintained, and the session was priced appropriately. Will definitely return!

Fun place to play but not worth the price for a birthday party. Room was not decorated the way they have listed in the photos, we paid extra for a balloon bouquet that didn't show up until the very end of our 40 minutes in the party room, the balloons that were included in the pricing were never there at all, the party host, although nice, was sometimes there and sometimes we had to track her down to get ice cream cups and spoons, she took some pictures but not many, no souvenir gift or discount on future visits as described. The other issue is my husband thought it was a private event because he clicked on the "book my private event" link and the party options popped up so he selected the appropriate size party and booked it. It was far from private and when asked about this he was told we could cancel if we like and turn the party deposit into a credit. Last year we used pump it up and wished we would have gone there again instead (we just wanted to give the kids something different). At pump it up they provided food and drink, we had 2 party hosts that followed the party around and took pictures, they took a log of gifts and who they were from, it was private, and cost less than what we just paid. Long story short, great to just go play but save your money if you are wanting to book a party.
