Im going to try and call them in alittle while. My daughter had her heart set on this puppy. Its the first time shes conected to any dog since her dog died years ago

Anything is possible, mistakes do happen. Just call and explain your concerns and I'm sure they'll help you get it resolved. They are great people too work with.
