Can I drop and scrap a car trunk lid and wheel here?
I don't need any money, and just want to drop these at right place to save environment.

Call and ask, or go to a scrap yard. You can forsure drop it there for cost of scrap.

As far as I know you can not scrap a car at the midway I go to on front street in kc,mo.
