It has been in Los Alamitos for a while, it used to be up the street at 11151 Los Alamitos Blvd. next to the gas station. There used to be a Pei Wei in the current location. They moved there sometime after 2011 after we moved away.
Back when I was dating my husband, 1963-65, there was a Satay restaurant in their original location. By the time my husband returned from Vietnam at the end of 1971, I'm thinking it was then Fortune Cookies.
We've been going to Fortune Cookie restaurant for at least 7 years and I know that it has been there for many years cause friends of mine had told me so. To be exact I don't know, but I know that they have great and healthy food, fast service and great lunch Manu with great value.
They have been open over 10 yrs. I wana say longer cause I've lived in Los alamitos all my 40 life. I know there has alwayz been a Chinese restaurant there all my life tho.
