I have an Insurance business in the main shopping ctr. I have been here 25 years. This is a great place to live as a single lady who likes to travel. A couple or single person that likes to participate in an endless array of activities.

I love where I live. There are many great benefits to living here. Some people are truly are not cut out for communal living , and many rules. Like with any relationship, you go in with both eyes open and then just close one.π

Very quit and nice community to live in for those that are 55 and over. Lots of activities if you're the outgoing type. Parties, dances, clubs, hobbies, concerts, gym, pool, and more. There are transportation services and shuttles to take your family members to Doctor appointments or church. Everyone seems very nice. Many residents keep to themselves, as well. :-)

That was an anomaly not a frequent occurrence. There are many Asian residents here who are very active in the community. That was an unfortunate incident which unfortunately stained the reputation of Leisure World since it went viral.
Yes for residents only get a copy.
The number address defines which building the unit number 123-A is the specific apartment. A, B, C, etc follow on the same side of the building. Continuing on the other side of the building, continues the alphabet. The next building in sequence will have a different address number (posted at the front end of the building) or will have a different unit number (123 vs 345)
From $150,000 to $550,000. Ruben gave best advise, contact LW
There has been rentals depending on the owners
I donβt think that is up to the mutuals. The law dictates that all multifarious communities must allow rentals. They must meet certain conditions which may vary by mutual.
On site Real Estate office. The requirements and fees are high for non owners I am told.
They have an rv storage lot for those that live here
Yes there is a Filipino club and a Korean club and the Sunshine club which is mostly Korean. There is a Korean choir.
Leisure world is a great place. 9 k homes and if your parents can afford to live in this great community I would not hesitate for a moment.
They did sponsor the first two vaccine injections using the Pfizer vaccine but not the boosters. You can get those at CVS or Rite Aide anytime.
