Do not bring your loved one to this facility. Horrible staff and your loved one will not receive proper care. Take it from me I have worked there and had to quit. Disgusting how they can’t keep up with medication and the staff doesn’t care. It seems as if the facility is only there for the money.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONE HERE unprofessional My brother was there bc we had no other option due to his health... He would call me all the time to tell me he had to beg the nurse to give him his insulin and medicine He has a kidney transplant and he is diabetic His sugar would be up to 500+ and they WOULD NOT GIVE HIM HIS INSULIN I wonder how awful they would be to the other patients that don't have a cell and cant call to tell their family what's going on If I could give them negative stars I would they don't even deserve the one star

I had a Horrible experience in this facility. It has taken me 6 months to finally post about this place. Not only was it filthy and most of the staff never came to help. I was freezing cold the entire time. I never was seen by a Dr. I was given medicine that I was allergic to. I witnessed the patient next to me die. She was never given proper care. Once the staff learned her family was on the way they tried to clean her soiled diaper. She was not changed in over a day. I feared for my safety in this facility. I could go on and on about the mistreatment I received here. This place should be shut down. It was beyond awful !

I am thoroughly disgusted with the conditions my mom had to endure there. Very rundown and unclean. The staff would not respond in a timely manner, not even for water. My mom, who was admitted for COVID waited four hours in a wet diaper to get changed. My mother was not incontinent yet the nurses would insist on her having a bowel movement in a diaper. When I called and wanted to know what meds my mom was on, a nurse told me she didn’t have to time to tell me. Also, a doctor never examined my mom. This place should be shut down.
