Frozen yes some whole some are just meat. My personal preference is just meat. Its much cheaper and quality maybe a notch down but still. The whole not recommended cause most of the time they are from second or thrid grade durian.

Yes, it does. Buy the peeled durian in vacuum pack. It tastes great, creamy and juicy. It's a bit pricey but the quality is great
