I would recommend against anyone with a walker or cane. Paths are uneven dirt trails with lots of trip hazards.

For a little walk it wouldn't be too much of an issue. As long as the can walk it dirt and sand without any issues. Much of it is flat dirt in the oasis but there are trails as well that would be more difficult. For a little walk they'll be ok
