$26 per night for self parking. We found the self parking easy, but expensive. It is a Beach area, so parking is hard to find elsewhere.

We used Uber for everything because the parking was like $15 a day. We only paid $15 -20 to get to San Diego or Sea World and walked everywhere else. The bus is reasonable too.
Depends if you are staying there or not, you can be validated if just eating at restaurant or using spa. Check the hotel website
