I would agree, this is a rocky up and down train, sometimes quite narrow, through almost 10 water crossings when it's wet.
No, it has a lot of rocks and steps.
There are several trails within the Indian Canyons. So for starters, "this hike" is a misnomer. "Canyon" can be a vague term but generally one associates canyons with steep climbs and rocks. In the desert we get lots of sand and just about every plant has a thorn or grabby part to it as well. The parking lots are sand essentially. I don't know what kinds of wheels are on your stroller but Im guessing they are wide enough not to dig in. I do not have kids so I must confess I never thought about taking a stroller along. I suppose parts of some of the trails a stroller could be used. Crossing streams would be a problem, where thorny plants grow into the trail would be a problem in some places, rocky "staircases" would be a problem, and where trails go between rocks and narrow in would be a problem. Maybe someone else has tried it and it will work on some sections of a trail I have not been on. But generally I would say there are too many rocks in the mountains for strollers to work.
