This Court is incompetent. They don’t follow the law in their judgements. We deserve better.

Worst experience I have ever been through from Clint in the "free legal" assistance department. Rude and very unprofessional. I can't believe our fees and taxes give people like this jobs. All people there were unable to answer any basic questions about if I was filling out the paperwork right. I don't what they are doing there. The court clerk says ask them questions, that's what they are there for. I got more help from the clerk then I did from these people.

I was just disrespected by staff because my harassers letizia Guerrero and Angelica Guerrero have siblings working at this courthouse I've been harassed stalked annoyed threatened and letizia Guerrero continues to impersonate me in order to obtain personal information so who do you go to wen law refuses to help! When there is children involved being hurt by this type of individuals who would do anything to get what they want without caring for other childre

If its uncontested you could draft up docs and just pay filing fees. I can have the docs drawn up via a paralegal
Is this for a court case that you're a party to. Are you being sued or evicted? Or is this for either jury duty or a criminal case? Criminal cases are info some civil and family cases are handled in palm springs. Call the court clerk and ask or go, if you're nearby.
Contact an attorney or paralegal
I do not know, I am sorry. Try calling
Probably, but it is easier to just get the fillable PDF online.

The Palm Springs Superior Court is opened M-T 7:30-2pm. Probate office is inside same hours. Court is all on telephone but you can submit Court documents.
You'll be able to file now, but you might not get a court date for about 45-60 days. Things are a bit backed up, as you can imagine.
Am not to sure I did see people going in to the court building yesterday when I was going past
Yes, unless you qualify for a fee waiver
You need to go, or have your attorney go to at least Ask the court for a continuance. If you do not show, you would lose your case. You may be able to file again. There's a self help room downstairs in the courthouse that they can provide some advice and give you information on free and low cost legal assistance for various kinds of legal issues. Good luck You should go, or have your lawyer go to At least ask the court for a continuation. If you don't show up, you would lose your case. You may be able to present again. There is a self-help room on the ground floor of the court where they can give you some advice and provide information on free and low-cost legal assistance for various types of legal problems. Good luck.
No assets to file on... you dont have to file
No it is not they made a mistake I would go on monday
The courts do not offer any services for paper work to be delivered outside of their buildings, it is possible for someone to pick up the empty forms u might need but this sounds like a mater you should handle in person, rather than hope and guess it goes correctly from home
Yes,. If you meet the specific requirements set forth in the Fee Waiver Application. If you receive any kind of government assistance, I believe you would qualify.for a Fee Waiver. The clerk can usually tell you when you submit the FW if you qualify. Good luck.
