There is a pricey premium series of gundam called "metal builds" which comes pretty much assembled out of the box like a typical action figure and you just have to put on your preferred accesories and pose it for your shelf
You still have to build them yourself.
There is a sub series of Bandai called robot spirits, which reproduces some of the gundams.
