Very nice and helpful customer service! Shop is small and there's a lot of items, so there isn't much room to walk around (but standard to the area). The prices are reasonable and the selection is quite extensive. 2 very happy teens we have for the drive home :) and we look forward to returning in the future.

The lady at the register was incredibly helpful! They also carried merch from anime thar aren’t super popular, and I was finally able to find stuff I hadn’t seen before! Digging through the stickers, pins, and keychains was so exciting to see what was in there :)

Fantastic collection of Anime merchandise. Sweat shirts, tshirts, figurines, posters, and more. Could be more organized. Tight store, can feel crowded with just a few customers. Hard to get to the store driving. One-way streets and parking meters taken. We parked in a SF garage about 5 blocks away and walked over.

Firstly we we're really happy to see that some of the shops were open right now. (Our annual vacation during a pandemic) They were of course operating fully covid safe. Super nice and helpful. She was so sweet to my daughter and went beyond to show her everything she was interested in! Great collection of anime shirts, bags, plushies and merch. So much cuteness!!! Most definitely going back soon!
