Is lake open
When isn't it windy here.. the last 4 times it has been over 15mph at night.

I drove two hours to get here and the lady in the entrance could not help me with the mistake made on my appointment and wouldn't even communicate with me with somebody who could help. Very frustrated and disapointed.
