I drove two hours to get here and the lady in the entrance could not help me with the mistake made on my appointment and wouldn't even communicate with me with somebody who could help. Very frustrated and disapointed.

Don't give up, confirm your reservations, people at entrance have to follow the parks rules , it's a beautiful place here and would like to see you here, , only guests or members can come here , which makes it a safe environment, ps, next time don't forget to visit the kitchen, great food.

I was there in 2012. Four people there were extremely rude and contentious. Two old men driving around in a xart who worked thete. The blonde man with longish hair who tried to sell me a membership. And the WORST was a woman who practically assaulted me when she saw me with my little service dog, screaming and yelling at me in the nastiest way because she couldn't have HER dog there, so I couldn't have mine and trying to throw her weight aroundwent to college classes with saying she was married to a cop. Oh, and one more old man who said my service dog wasn't a service dog because he asked why I had a service dog and I told him that was between me and my doctor! He worked there, too. My dog
