was on the phone waiting about 13 min. not even a answer. why?

I'm a former employee of Walmart but I know that the Walmart out here on Grape Street at seven the phones go into night mode and they go to the places that like the electronics guns and ammo customerservice so on and so forth the phones ring to those other destinations I don't know why they do this to me it's a little stupid but I came from the Walmart in Irvine where we answered phones till they closed which was 1112 so I would if you have a question I would ask go in there when the next time you go in asked at the store manager or ask for an assistant manager and ask why no one answers the phones

I get the same they never answer there
