“Store Leader” Michelle needs an attitude adjustment and training on customer service. It’s no wonder that she is the only person working on a weekday and there are no employees in sight, you couldn’t pay me enough to be around this woman for an 8 hour shift. We came in looking for a controller for the Nintendo switch and asked what the difference was between two controllers. “I don’t know, I don’t have either one.” Okay…. So why are you working here, let alone a lead if you have no insight? We asked if they price match to their online website and she said yes. We showed her the online price of a game on their own website. “Does it say it’s in stock?” Yes…. “It needs to be available at this store.” It is… “It needs to show for delivery, not pick up.” Why??? So we sat there for an extra 2 minutes having to sign into an account, type in a delivery address, follow all the way through with the purchase to finally get this woman to do a price adjustment. It made no sense, I should have just drove over to Target where they don’t make you jump through hoops for something that takes less than 10 seconds to do.

No PS4 controllers? I by the insurance because it seems that the L3 button always goes. This time the L2 is shot. They want me to send it in and they'll mail one back. My PS4 has my TV apps on it. How do I change channels for 2 weeks?

I spoke to Michelle, the assistant store manager and she was super helpful and informative with helping my husband and I out with purchasing our extended hard drives for our consoles.
