I used to be a patient quite a few years ago and I moved out of Florida, but I LOVED seeing dr Mazza. I’ve had hypothyroidism since I was 18 and she was the first doctor to truly take the time to understand what I was feeling and discovered my vitamin d levels were extremely low and that it wasn’t just a symptom of my hypothyroidism and put me on a better medication where I felt a million times better than on levothyroxine. I just moved back to Florida and hope I’m able to be a patient again. I’m leaving a late review as I see 1 stars for the fact she isn’t taking new patients which is ridiculous to leave a review for someone you didn’t even get help from. The care and service that many people rave about IS because she takes the time with each patient and overbooking would diminish that quality of service. I implore you to ignore the 1 stars and if she ever takes new patients again, get on that list ASAP!

How is everyone able to get an appointment with Dr Mazza. She came highly recommended but I when I tried to schedule a new patient appointment I was told she has not accepted new patients in over 3 years:(

I’m writing this review about a little over 2 years late. I was never a patient here but can not express to you enough how much I appreciate the staff here. My wife was battling some severe anxiety issues that wouldn’t allow her to sleep, eat, or enjoy the simple moments with our children. Her thyroid numbers were, well... confusing to me. I didn’t know where to turn for help. This was the hardest time of my life to see her struggling the way she was. I called the office here and was blown away by their level of concern and support. They didn’t try to set me up with multiple appointments. They helped me over the phone, right when I needed it most. They may never know how much they mean to me or even remember who we are, but they should know that they saved her life and my family. She is 100% better and I am eternally grateful! Thank you so much for your help!
