I had a positive experience with them for my SSDI claim and highly recommend them. Staff is responsive and very helpful and understanding, which was so important to me as someone with a disability. I was practicing as a lawyer myself before I became disabled, so I was pretty selective in choosing representation. Very happy I chose them.

If you need a disability lawyer, I highly recommend Jeffrey Delott. Jeffrey and his assistant Susan represented me in my case and helped me receive a successful outcome with Social Security Disability as well as my disability pension. Susan is the nicest person, helpful, kind, understanding...she patiently explained anything I needed her to explain and assisted with filling out applications etc. Filing for disability is not an easy experience, but Jeffrey and Susan helped make it a much easier and successful one.

Daughter lost ssdi benefits as a result of parents earnings over the limit. Caused major disaster and hardship. Change was made as a result of rep at ssa. How can we switch back to ssi. we will pay off the overpayment but we need to switch back.

But there are other factors that effect SSI, so I would need to speak with you.

The cost is the same for any attorney. SS withholds 25% of any retroactive benefits they might owe you with a cap of $6,000. If you get denied by a Judge, and you are approved after that, then they withhold the full 25%. You never have to pay any money upfront.
