I had a positive experience with them for my SSDI claim and highly recommend them. Staff is responsive and very helpful and understanding, which was so important to me as someone with a disability. I was practicing as a lawyer myself before I became disabled, so I was pretty selective in choosing representation. Very happy I chose them.

I hired Jeffrey D. Delott to represent me with my Social Security Disability Case. Jeffrey Delott and his staff are very professional, knowledgable and thoughtful. They guided me through my Social Security Case step by step and they explained the whole process to me. Jeffrey and his staff helped me win my case. I would highly recommend Jeffrey Delott and his staff.

If you need a disability lawyer, I highly recommend Jeffrey Delott. Jeffrey and his assistant Susan represented me in my case and helped me receive a successful outcome with Social Security Disability as well as my disability pension. Susan is the nicest person, helpful, kind, understanding...she patiently explained anything I needed her to explain and assisted with filling out applications etc. Filing for disability is not an easy experience, but Jeffrey and Susan helped make it a much easier and successful one.

If you are looking to apply for disability we can help you. Please contact our office at (888) 572-0861.
If you'd like to contact our office we will be happy to speak with you. If I am understanding you correctly, your daughter was receiving SSI but lost her benefits because you and/or your wife was earning over the limited amount. But there are other factors that effect SSI, so I would need to speak with you.
The cost is the same for any attorney. SS withholds 25% of any retroactive benefits they might owe you with a cap of $6,000. If you get denied by a Judge, and you are approved after that, then they withhold the full 25%. You never have to pay any money upfront.
