I just called Dr. Cintron's office to make an appointment for my yearly physical. After reading some of the negative comments I was wondering if I should even call. Well, the phone was answered by a very polite young lady, who looked up my info and offered me the appointment time I needed. I will have to wait for two weeks, but with anything worthwhile, there is a wait. She was polite, professional, and i would like to congratulate this office on their customer service. i will see how my visit goes, and post again after my visit. Five stars today!!

An hour waiting in the room, and 3 minutes with you, you ask about something and she says next time, now we working in this?????? Never again.

Honestly save your money and go somewhere else this doctor doesn’t care about you and is only there to take your money. She picks what to do with your situation and doesn’t care what you say. Anyone that left a good review works for her WATCH OUT!
