I always get my vehicles serviced at this location however this morning 8/28 at 9 AM I pulled in and the serviceman directed me into the bay improperly and asked me to back up and then got irritated and walked off shaking his head at me when I didn’t back up exactly as he wanted. This guy has a bad attitude and I won’t be going back to this facility anymore.

Overcharged my friend a TON for an oil change, if you go here make sure you know about cars and how much your oil change should cost. If you seem like you don't know they will overcharge you like crazy. Synthetic oil changes should NOT cost $120

If an employee is directing your vehicle into a Bay to get work done on your truck, and he directs you into a concrete pylon that the driver cannot see...damage is done to the truck...should Valvoline's insurance pay for the damage?
