We had a great experience at our appointments on 9/2 at the Oviedo location. We were taken back for our appointments earlier than expected and were out of there in a timely fashion. Each staff member we encountered that day were very professional and we feel we got great service. Aviana was very knowledgeable and kind and knows what she is doing! We are still waiting for our glasses to come in, so I can't comment on that just yet. The prices here are reasonable, in my opinion, but it also helps to have good insurance.
