Soboba Mobil estates is a very beautiful. I've lived here for 2 1/2 years. It's gated and a world of its own inside the gates. Casino across the. Street is great for some, but not for me lol Jan the manager does her job. God. Bless her she has her handsful

Pizza is still best value in town but lately ordering through the app was unavailable and when it became available they gave me a time to pick up, went there, and was told they didn't have my order so we had to wait additional 15 minutes for the pizza. I call the number to place an order and no one picks up, and it appears their phone doesn't work because when I went in there was no ringing and no one on the phone so IDK but it's not the best service the last 5 or 6 months. I only return because it's my son's favorite pizza but I've been having him try other pizza restaurants because the thought of dealing with Little Caesars gives me a headache.

Recently moved into the park. I purchased a home in park. The park staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept up nicely.

This is not a friendly place. The managers are like prison guards. No common sense and they have no compassion for anyone. I understand that there are rules but when nobody else is around, bending the rules a bit would not hurt anyone or infringe on anyone they do not have the common sense to make a good decision. Please do not take family or grandchildren that come to visit you there or you will be disciplined and threatened to leave the park.
