Very disappointed. I understand this is not their personal fault however, their billing department is terrible. I cancelled my membership in February since I moved and had a baby. The department told me that my membership was cancelled and all I had to pay was the final $10 month charge. I checked my bank account today that I haven’t used in almost a year and I see charges from this gym. I called the department number to cancel my membership AGAIN and they didn’t have the right email on file, couldn’t find my zip code, etc. I FINALLY got it cancelled, but now I have to pay for a membership that I haven’t even used the gym in a year. I’m sorry, but I’m very disappointed.

Fabulous! Friendly staff & clean! Reese the Manager is passionate about HIS WORK! The bad reviews below. They probably come in the evenings & it's funky & gets dirty because, we funk it UP. It's called WORKING Out. The Pool in Menifee is a lap pool. Here. Seniors use for.Water Therapy. Basketball 🏀 court outside!

The workers act chill but really don’t know how to clean, they have a dirty pool with mold in the restrooms, mold in pool room, all machines are unsanitary and act chill so they won’t lose the clients respect this place needs to be shutdown for months and be remodeled. I should mention when signing up they put their game face on but when you’re trying to cancel they don’t help at all. There’s a saying “You get what you pay for.”

I believe there are 4 different plans. (basic, gold, vip, and vip with results) I have the gold I pay $20 a month no annual fee but it's I believe like $20 or $10 fee upfront for this plan and u can bring a guest (during its guest hours)
We do have a kids club. It’s $4 per visit or $10 per month with no enrollment or annual fee.

Hi Vincent, to sign up for a membership you have to be 18 or 12 and over with approval from a parent or guardian.
Minimum age is twelve to join with parent or guardians appoval. Guests must be eighteen or older or twelve and older while accompanied by a parent or guardian.
$10.00 a month per child and it also gives them access to the pool.
I have never seen them change the channel. I think they are locked up in the bosses office and they don t have access to them. Sorry.
