There is a stream flowing throughout the trail. You will have to go off trail to view it. It is visible just north of the entrance and in many other areas of the trail. For example midway from Rinaldi St - Hollow Springs Dr you can go slightly to the west (west being on maps, not your perspective) and there is a swing on a tree just at the front the stream.
Yes but you have to go down when you reach the overpass and follow the stream south then you hit one pretty quickly but it is offtrail so if you cant get your feet wet or climb back up then I suggest you don't go down their
