For the safety of all people on the boardwalk, and the birds and other wildlife that make Wakodahatchee their home, dogs and pets are not permitted. As another commenter noted, there are also alligators present which may be attracted to dogs if they are walking nearby. Also this time of year the site is very popular with many visitors and so we ask you to plan in advance and leave your dogs and pets at home. Thank you!
