I'd say business casual - suits and formal wear aren't required, though wouldn't feel out of place. I wouldn't wear shorts or tank tops etc
It's an upscale restaurant. I saw someone wore a kimono. Another woman wore a Gucci sunglasses while eating. Another had like a sweater but probably a very expressive sweater.
I've attended multiple times in jeans and a t-shirt and service was every bit as good at my table as the table full of suits next to me. Dress is casual on up. Decorum is more important than dress. Don't be a jerk and don't wear shorts and you'll be fine.
I have been here a lot and the lowest I dressed was "fancy" casual.
Business casual would be the minimum
I dressed smart casual
Business casual to semi-formal.
