Worst experience, owner was rude, impatient, and obnoxious. For someone dealing with “customer service” he had no patience on a day/ time where there was no business. Horrible! Will not be doing business with them.

I can't believe this coment. I had dinner several times on this restaurant and the food is excelent and the service very good. It is really a very good restaurant. The owner is always trying to serve all the customer and paying attention to all the details about the food and service. All the waiters are very professional.

I'm surprised to read any bad review or comment about the owner because in all the years I've been going to Casa Mia, I've only ever seen the owner be nice, courteous, and professional to all his guests. In fact, I've observed him go above and beyond to accommodate his guests. Everyone is entitled to at least one bad day though. Maybe try giving him another chance.

Irania, I'm so sorry you had that experience... I am in no position to judge you, I know the human emotion varies... Good days and bad days. Just happened to be you that day. My experience was the opposite, though I went along with a friend of the owner... As said of others, the owner was nice and accommodating; serving along side his hires... THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT... The Server was EXCELLENT... Great atmosphere. Customers, Very upscale trending... Give the owner another chance to redeem himself...

Not really a question. My experience has been the opposite. The behavior of everyone at the restaurant has always been pleasant and warm.
