No long terms Ca.only allows six months then you must be out for a month.
You might look online under long term camp sites and the area that you prefer, their are quite a few out there.
I think the list might be 1.5 years deep right now.
Yeah it is mostly long term residents. 7 month leases and yes there is a waiting list.
