Yes well not everyone drives so it’s super inconvenient to have to walk there to find out the lobby isn’t open
I wish I could answer your question but I've never actually called there. I use their app and their drive-thru which is very convenient. If I were you I would call the corporate number and file a complaint.
They don't have the time or the staff to answer the phone they are short staffed most days you're best bet is to go in and dine in the lobby or drive thru please be patient and kind they are working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible
The door say open til 10 or later. But I've been there at 9 and the doors have been locked. It depends on how short staffed they are and how busy the drive thru is
Sorry but I never go in and I never call I always drive up to get my food
Because the people that work there can't make pre-made food, and operate a phone at the same time.
