Nop, for me they said its going to be 4-5 business days. But I got it back the 4th day with everything working perfectly.

I will never purchase Square Trade Insurance for any item I purchase. They let you call another Country and try to communicate with them, it wasn't until I started to ask for a Supervisor that I was able to communicate with someone in the United States. The Worst Service Ever !
This company is literally a scam. My tvs parts were not available to order so they sent over some other random parts. They knew the service code. They knew I needed a power supply, and they knew they couldnt get the part and instead of doing the right thing 8 days ago they sent parts I didnt even need. The technician was even confused. We will see what happens next. I will file suit if it isnt taken care of.

YES!!! My daughter's laptop is STILL not back, over 2 weeks after being sent in. They are claiming they get "2-5 days" to complete the repairs, once the part comes in! You can't make this kind of response up. They won't honor the "replacement" portion of the warranty, because they can get parts for the computer-- so we're supposed to just wait until they finally get around to getting her computer back to her. Of course we can't. We had to shell out for ANOTHER COMPUTER. When I insisted that they needed to honor the replacement portion of their warranty-- they said it was "at their discretion" and they don't replace computers-- they finally said they would refund the cost of the warranty. Yes, you read that right. The most they will do, for a $750 computer we still don't have, is refund the $99 warranty. Keep it classy SquareTrade.
