Definitely my recommended Lumber yard for framing lumber, pressure treated, and exterior trim. Convenient location. With our account pricing, GS has been as little as 1/3 the price of Beronios and the staff seems much happier here. Of course, Beronios is still a go to for moldings, decking, and dry framing lumber. For some reason, GS keeps their premium dry lumber in racks outside and in the dirt. And why would anyone go to HD or Lowe's so they can double handle wood on a cart in a crowded store with unhappy employees.

Jake at the order desk was very helpful and insightful on his advice, even while first calling over the phone before my purchase.
