Definitely you can walk in. They have a line for non appointment. You may need to wait for a while. You would better go there early.
You need to go in without an appointment. It is faster than appointment as they never allow anything less than 30 days online. Appointment is a "scam" and walk-in is fast now if you have papers in order.
