0 star. AAA even didn’t contact me before they put me as the full responsible side of a back out incident. If i didn’t ask I believe the representative was going to conceal it forever. This is how AAA treat their customers 👎

Not all branches are equal. I have been with AAA since I was 18 and I have had all my insurance that I can get through them. Today was the first time ever I had bad customer service. The lady that greeted us was nice but the gentleman that came to possibly to help us was so unprofessional. We wanted to transfer a title and I had called before and the person left out we needed a smog check. I was telling them it was an important detail to let us know over the phone. He told us we should have gone online and read it before we came in. He is valid but the tone and how he presented the information was disrespectful like we were beneath him for not knowing like he did. I will never come back to this branch.

Straight forward ownership transfer, in and out 10 minutes total time. The annual membership fee is worth every dollar for the DMV desk, and the bonus is, you don't get the attitude from the clerks at your local DMV offices.

We used the DMV services at this AAA location. Nice that it's open on Saturday for these services. The wait was not too long. The attendant that waited on us (we were taking ownership and transferring a vehicle from a third party) was too aggressive in trying to sell AAA services to both me and the third party. He was trying to get us to upgrade our road-side services and trying to sell us insurance. It's probably his job, but it was not needed and made the visit longer than we wanted.

Unfortunately no. If you paid the fees online, you must wait for the state to mail them to you. We found out the hard way yesterday. I had not paid the fees online for my other car and was able to pick up my tabs at AAA.

Call to get your membership. It should cost you about $75 fo a year membership. Then you can go as long as you have your membership number or wait until you get your AAA card.

You should be able to get it because they give you a new copy plus new sticker after you pay.
