The meat is made of different varieties of plants. -Soy (which is edemame bean) -Tempeh (which is fermented soy bean) -Seitan (which is vital wheat aka gluten) -Jackfruit (which is an exotic tropical fruit -mushroom (which is made out of mushroom. Lol besides that im.nit entirely sure what other substitutes they have.
They do not serve meat, they serve mock-meat, imitation meat. I love bacon but love their imitation.
The texture and spicing is outstanding. They do a good job!
Most of the cold cuts are seitan (wheat gluten). The fish is jackfruit. A handful of things are soy based.
