I have seen people bring 🐕 and sit in the back garden. A big 🐕 would probably be not recommended though.
Service dogs are always permitted in any restaurant, and non-service dogs can eat with their humans outside.
If your dog is well behaved you probably won't have a problem if you sit outside.
I bring my dog all the time. she is a registered ESA but I see plenty of dogs there. well behaved dogs are usually welcome anywhere.
