Worst, most unprofessional landlord I have ever dealt with. Greg is only interested in making as much money as possible, not the upkeep of property or wellbeing of the tenants. Was hostile and condescending to deal with. Tenants beware.

Arranged an appointment to view a property with confirmation. No one showed up to the appointment. I called a few times and left messages from onsite and none of the calls were returned. Frustrated and disappointed since we drove 30 mins out and had to get a nanny for my kids. Called to share my experience and it took more than a day for someone to call me back. I had to follow up. Finally spoke to Mr. Collins and he pretended he had no idea that this ever happened. Said he would call back and I have yet to hear from him again. All potential renters should be taken serious and if the property had already been rented they could have cancelled the appointment ahead of time. As a person that has property, I would hate to be represented by someone like Keyrenter.

About two years ago, I contacted Greg at Keyrenter Property Management East Bay, and asked for assistance in renting the lower part of my home. Greg came out, and clearly demonstrated to me his knowledge and expertise in the rental and property management business. Greg got me a tenant quickly, that was thoroughly screened, had a great credit rating, and a career oriented job. My tenant is nothing short of excellent. I had a few occasions where I needed Greg's help in getting an appliance replaced. Greg handled the whole process quickly and at the best possible price. In short, having Greg as my property manager has saved me money, and has given me the confidence to leave the management of my property to him, while I enjoy my retirement. If you are looking for a professional property manager, or just someone to get you an excellent tenant, Greg is the guy. Thank you Greg for a job well done :)

Under the supervision of Greg, my mother in law has seen her aged/tired property rejuvenated with a complete renovation and back on rent within the expected timeframe and budget. We knew from our initial phone conversation with Greg that he is knowledgeable about the property market and offers a truly unique, thoughtful, and good value turnkey (nose to tail, end to end) service. His trustworthy feedback and recommendations on what needed to be done to the property were extremely important and valuable input to use especially since my wife and I live abroad and my mother-in-law is not in the best state of health to manage the property as she once did. We endorse Greg for his professionalism and commitment to serving his customers with diligence and exactitude.
