Do not spend your money here. The Residence Life Coordinator (Meera Cuevas) is dreadful, the building is falling apart. There are rodent's, roaches & Asbestos issues in this building. Stay away!

As my first time experience of dropping off a child at college, (the older one didn’t get to experience it due to COVID:( ) I must say that it was very pleasant. The staff and students were very helpful and responsive. We had a small hiccup along the way but Ms. Atiya Patterson was extremely helpful and kind to sort it out for us.

I was a resident at the Towers for three years, those three years were the best UNTIL i became a resident assistant during the 2021-2022 school year. the management, under meera ramsoondar cuevas direction: abused us RA’s, tormented us, was not clear with communication. to speak candidly, during a high level incident involving a missing resident, meera stayed in her room and let the RA’s do all of the work. i remember being absolutely humiliated during a staff meeting for expressing my concerns with their lack of concise communication. i was gaslit, dehumanized. my mental health took a major toll due to the abuse they gave myself and other RA’s and god forbid you ACTUALLY report and do your job, they criticize you from every angle. rules are inconsistent, i had another staff member (male) come into my room and did an illegal search and seizure. my roomates were utterly mortified when i had told them, (i assumed they put a work order but they did not) privacy is invaded, you’re micromanaged, they take our work and pay us dirt. steer clear from this place. RAs are STUDENTS first, they did NOT take that into consideration as we are juggling school, our personal lives. from personal experience and someone who values student success and mental health. look elsewhere

Horrible experience here at the dorm. We were kicked out of our dorm during the start of Covid-19 and we were promised that we would get our belongings back, but they did not fulfill their end of the promise so now I'm out of $2,000 worth of house appliances and haven't got any compensation.

Questions & Answers

Is there a parking area on the property? How do you handle move in?

There is no parking lot, but there is street parking adjacent to the building (though parking there is often hard to find). Move-in is coordinated in waves based on floors, in order to make sure there's space to park (though it is still hard to find, from experience).

How much it costs to rent one bed at the tower for a graduate student at the city college

For a single room 1,700 a month for a shared room about 1,200 a month but they're raising the prices so its subject to change
